InboxesNow is operated by ProficientNow Management Consultancies - FZE (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. It covers this website at https://inboxesnow.com and the InboxesNow app. You can reach us about privacy at support@inboxesnow.com.

• Account details: your name, email address and company name, and the sign-in details for your account.
• Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive limited billing details from Stripe, such as your billing name and email, and the status and history of your payments. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Integration data: if you connect Instantly, the API key you provide. We store it so we can deliver your inboxes into your Instantly workspace, and use it only for that.
• Delivery data: which inboxes you bought, which have been moved into your workspace or released to you, and their delivery status.
• Usage and log data: when you use the app, records such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps.
• Support: the emails and messages you send us, and our replies.

This marketing website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The app at app.inboxesnow.com uses a cookie that is needed to keep you signed in.

We use personal data to:

• provide the service, including delivering inboxes into your workspace or releasing them to you;
• take payments, issue invoices and keep accounting records;
• answer support requests and send you service and account messages;
• keep the service secure and detect and prevent fraud and abuse;
• meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running a secure service, your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with the law.

We share personal data only as needed to run the service:

• Service providers: Stripe for payments; Google, which provides the Google Workspace inboxes; Instantly, when you connect your workspace; and the hosting and infrastructure providers we use to run the service. They may use the data only to provide their services.
• Legal requests: when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our customers, the public or ourselves.
• Business transfers: if ProficientNow Management Consultancies - FZE is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, under this policy.

We keep personal data while your account is active and for as long as we need it afterwards to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. After that, we delete it or anonymise it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your own sign-in details, API keys and inbox credentials safe.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and receive a copy of it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To use any of these rights, email us at support@inboxesnow.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Personal data may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

The service is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or by a notice on this website before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
