Pre-warmed Google Workspace inboxes, delivered into Instantly

Connect your Instantly workspace with an API key. Each inbox moves in with one Google sign-in, and a live delivery board verifies it as it lands.

What you get on each domain

InboxesNow sells pre-warmed Google Workspace inboxes from its own stock, by the domain. Each domain comes with 3 inboxes and costs $15 a month, which is $5 per inbox. The domain is included and there is no setup fee. You pay a monthly subscription through Stripe and can cancel any time. The pricing page has the full breakdown.

Every domain is ready before it goes on sale:

Item What is in place
Inboxes 3 real Google Workspace (Gmail) mailboxes, each named with a realistic US first and last name
Warm-up At least 21 days on every inbox before the domain is offered
Authentication MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records
Tracking A custom tracking domain for Instantly, set up as a CNAME record
History The domain's warm-up record, open to read before you buy

If any of those records are unfamiliar, start with the guide to SPF, DKIM and DMARC for cold email.

How delivery into Instantly works

Instantly is the one sequencer InboxesNow delivers into directly. You do not copy passwords into a form for every inbox. You connect your workspace, then move the inboxes in.

1. Connect your workspace with an API key

You paste an API key from your own Instantly workspace. InboxesNow uses that key to deliver your inboxes into that workspace. Treat the key like a password: it gives access to your workspace.

2. One Google sign-in per inbox

Each inbox moves into Instantly with one Google sign-in. A domain has 3 inboxes, so a domain takes 3 sign-ins.

3. The delivery board verifies each inbox

A live delivery board follows every inbox you are moving. As each one arrives in your workspace, the board verifies it, so you can see which inboxes are already in Instantly and which are still waiting for their sign-in. When every inbox on the board is verified, the domain is delivered.

The CSV is there too

Inbox credentials are also available as a CSV export. Keep it as your own record of what you bought, or use it if you ever want to connect an inbox somewhere else yourself. It holds passwords, so store it the way you would store any other credential.

The tracking domain is already set up

Open and click tracking runs through a tracking domain. Using one on your own domain, rather than a host that many senders share, keeps your links pointing somewhere that carries your domain's name. On InboxesNow, the custom tracking domain for Instantly is set up on every domain before it goes on sale, as a CNAME record next to MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

Read the record before you choose

Every domain shows its warm-up record before you buy: how many days it has warmed, a daily chart of warm-up emails sent against those that reached the inbox, its 7-day warm-up inbox rate and a single warm-up health score. You can pick exact domains from the live inventory, or use Auto-pick best, which chooses by 7-day warm-up inbox rate.

You can also read each domain's inbox placement record next to its warm-up record before you buy. Every inbox in stock gets a daily inbox-placement test that sends to seed inboxes at Google Workspace (business accounts), Outlook (Microsoft 365, business accounts) and Gmail (personal accounts) in the US. The record shows the inbox rate by provider over the last 7 days as a daily strip, for the domain and for each inbox. It is evidence of what those tests found, not a promise of where your own campaigns will land.

How many domains you need

By default, each inbox sends 30 campaign emails a day alongside the warm-up, so one domain covers 90 emails a day. Divide the number of emails you want to send each day by 90 and round up.

A worked example: 10 domains cover 900 emails a day (30 inboxes, $150 a month). For other volumes, see the guide on how many inboxes and domains you need.

After the inboxes land

Once the board shows every inbox verified, the inboxes are in your workspace and the rest is ordinary good practice. Check each of these yourself before the first campaign goes out.

  • Set sending limits. Give each inbox a daily campaign limit in Instantly. The sizing above assumes 30 a day per inbox, so start there or below it rather than above.
  • Keep warm-up running. If you use Instantly's warm-up, keep it switched on for these inboxes after they land, so campaign sending sits on top of warm-up instead of replacing it.
  • Ramp gradually. Start your first campaigns under the full limit and raise volume over the first days. A pre-warmed inbox has history, but your list and your copy are new to it, and a slow ramp-up shows problems while they are still small.
  • Watch bounces and complaints. A high bounce rate usually points to the list rather than the inbox, so verify addresses before you send. Google asks senders to keep the spam rate shown in Postmaster Tools below 0.3%, and ideally below 0.1% (Google's email sender guidelines).

Sending from more than one tool

If some of your sending happens outside Instantly, the other way to take delivery is to release the domain. You get each inbox's address and password, and you connect them with Google sign-in in any tool that accepts Google Workspace accounts. Our warm-up of a domain's inboxes stops the moment you release it. The page on pre-warmed inboxes for any sequencer explains that path. For the connection step itself, read the guide to connecting Google Workspace inboxes to your sequencer.

Your next inboxes are already warm.

Warmed for at least 21 days, tested every day, with the records to show for it. $5 per inbox a month, $15 a domain, domain included.
