What a pre-warmed inbox is
A new mailbox on a new domain has no history. Mailbox providers have never seen it send, so the first emails it sends are judged with very little to go on, and cold email sent from a cold inbox is the easiest kind to filter. Warm-up is the slow, steady sending and engagement that gives a new inbox a track record before it carries real campaigns.
A pre-warmed inbox is one where that work has already been done. You skip the weeks of waiting and start from an inbox that has been sending and receiving mail every day. The catch with buying pre-warmed is obvious: you usually have to take the seller's word for it. InboxesNow is built around removing that catch.
What you get with every domain
Inboxes are sold by the whole domain. One domain is 3 inboxes for $15 a month, and each one arrives with everything it needs to send:
A sending domain, included in the price, separate from your company's main domain.
3 Google Workspace mailboxes, real Gmail inboxes, each named for a person with a realistic US first and last name.
DNS that is already done: MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, plus a custom tracking domain for Instantly. The page on cold email infrastructure shows every record.
At least 21 days of warm-up on every inbox before the domain goes on sale. Nothing is sold sooner.
The warm-up record, visible before you buy: days warmed, the daily warm-up chart, the 7-day warm-up inbox rate and a health score.
The placement record, also visible before you buy: a daily inbox-placement test at Google Workspace, Outlook and Gmail, with the inbox rate per provider over the last 7 days and whether SPF, DKIM and DMARC passed.
There is no setup fee and no separate domain fee. The subscription is monthly and you can cancel any time.
Why pre-warmed inboxes need evidence
"Warmed" is easy to say and hard to check. Two inboxes sold as pre-warmed can have very different histories: one warmed steadily for a month, another switched on a week ago. From the outside they look the same, and you only find out which one you bought after your first campaigns.
So every domain on InboxesNow shows its warm-up record before purchase. You can see exactly how many days it has warmed, what it sent each day and how much of that reached the inbox. You read the evidence first and decide second.
The warm-up record shows how an inbox was warmed. The inbox placement record shows where its mail lands today. Every inbox in stock gets a placement test every day: test messages go to seed inboxes at Google Workspace and Outlook (business accounts) and Gmail (personal accounts), in the US, and each result records whether the message reached the inbox, a category tab or spam. It is not a promise about your own campaigns, which also depend on your list and your copy, but it is a current, day-by-day reading you can check before you spend anything.
How buying works
- Browse the live inventory. Every domain for sale is listed with its numbers.
- Open any domain's records. Look at the whole domain or at each inbox on it.
- Pick the exact domains you want, or use Auto-pick best, which takes the domains with the highest 7-day warm-up inbox rate.
- Subscribe. $5 per inbox a month, billed monthly through Stripe.
- Take delivery into the sequencer you send from.
How many inboxes you need
By default each inbox sends up to 30 campaign emails a day alongside its warm-up, so one domain sends up to 90 a day. Divide the number of emails you want to send a day by 90 and round up: that is how many domains you need. For 900 emails a day it is 10 domains, 30 inboxes and $150 a month.
The pricing page has a planner that does this arithmetic for any volume, and the guide on how many inboxes and domains you need explains why per-inbox volume is kept modest.
Sending from the tools you already use
You do not have to change sequencer to use these inboxes. There are two ways out of the shop:
- Into Instantly. Connect your Instantly workspace with an API key, and each inbox moves in with one Google sign-in. A live delivery board verifies each inbox as it arrives. See pre-warmed inboxes for Instantly.
- Into any other sequencer. Release the domain and you get each inbox's address and password, plus a CSV of them all, to connect in Smartlead, Lemlist or any tool that connects Google Workspace inboxes with Google sign-in. Our warm-up of those inboxes stops the moment you release them. See pre-warmed inboxes for any sequencer.
Who pre-warmed inboxes suit
Pre-warmed inboxes make the most sense when time matters more than building everything yourself: a new outbound motion that needs to start this month, a campaign that needs more sending capacity than your current inboxes have, or a team replacing inboxes that have worn out.
They make less sense if you need inboxes on a specific domain name you already own, or if you have the time and the know-how to warm your own over several weeks. The guide to pre-warmed versus warming your own inboxes sets out the trade-offs without a sales pitch.
Whichever you choose, the inbox is only half of deliverability. A warm inbox sending to a poor list, or sending far more than its limit, will lose its reputation as fast as a cold one. Keep volumes modest, clean your lists and watch your bounce and complaint rates.
