What exactly am I buying?

A domain with 3 pre-warmed Google Workspace inboxes: real Gmail mailboxes, each named for a person with a realistic US first and last name. It costs $15 a month ($5 per inbox), and the domain is included.

Is there a minimum order?

One domain: 3 inboxes for $15 a month. Inboxes are sold by the whole domain, so you buy in steps of 3.

How long has each inbox been warmed?

At least 21 days before it goes on sale. Every domain shows exactly how many days it has warmed, so you can see it before you buy.

What is the placement record?

Every inbox in stock gets an inbox-placement test every day. It sends to seed inboxes at Google Workspace, Outlook and Gmail in the US, and records where each message landed (the inbox, a category tab or spam) and whether SPF, DKIM and DMARC passed. The placement record shows those results by provider, day by day, with the inbox rate over the last 7 days, for each domain and for each of its inboxes.

Which providers do you test against?

Google Workspace (business accounts), Outlook (Microsoft 365, business accounts) and Gmail (personal accounts). The seed inboxes are in the US.

Is a placement record a guarantee?

No. It shows where our test messages landed. Where your own campaigns land also depends on your lists, your content and how you send.

Can I see a domain's records before I pay?

Yes. Every domain in the live inventory shows its placement record and warm-up record before it goes in your cart, for the whole domain and for each inbox on it, so you choose with the evidence in front of you.

What is the difference between the warm-up record and the placement record?

The warm-up record shows how the inbox was warmed: days warmed, the daily warm-up chart, the 7-day warm-up inbox rate and a health score. The placement record shows where its mail lands now: daily tests to seed inboxes at Google Workspace, Outlook and Gmail, by provider. Read together, they tell you how an inbox got here and how it is doing today.

What is in a domain's warm-up record?

Days warmed, a daily warm-up chart with the 7-day warm-up inbox rate, and a warm-up health score. You see all of it for each domain before you buy.

Can I choose which domains I get?

Yes. Pick the exact domains from the live inventory, or use Auto-pick best and let the shop choose the best ones for you.

How many emails can I send?

By default, 30 emails per inbox per day, alongside the warm-up. That is 90 a day per domain. For 900 emails a day you need 10 domains: $150 a month.

What sending limit should I start with?

The default is 30 campaign emails per inbox a day, alongside the warm-up, which is 90 a day per domain. In your first campaigns, start below that and step up gradually while you watch bounces and complaints, as the mailbox providers' sender guidelines advise.

What do I need before I buy?

A sequencer that connects Google Workspace inboxes with Google sign-in, such as Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist, and a rough idea of how many emails you want to send a day. If you send from Instantly, have an Instantly API key ready for delivery. The planner on the pricing page turns your daily volume into domains and a monthly cost.

Do I need my own Google Workspace account?

No. The inboxes are Google Workspace mailboxes that come with the domain you buy. You connect each one to your sequencer with Google sign-in.

Do I have to use Instantly?

No. Connect Instantly with an API key and each inbox moves into your workspace with one Google sign-in, tracked on a live delivery board. Or release the domain: you get each inbox's address and password (and a CSV), and you connect them in Smartlead or Lemlist or any other sequencer that connects Google Workspace inboxes, with Google sign-in.

What happens to warm-up when I release a domain?

Our warm-up of its inboxes stops the moment you release it. If you want warm-up to continue, run it in your own sequencer.

Should warm-up keep running once I start sending?

Keeping warm-up running alongside campaigns is common practice, and the default sending limit assumes it. If you release a domain to another sequencer, our warm-up stops at that moment, so turn on warm-up in your sequencer if you want it to continue.

What is set up on each domain?

MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, plus a custom tracking domain for Instantly. It is all configured before the domain goes on sale.

How does billing work?

It is a monthly subscription, billed through Stripe. There is no setup fee, the domain is included, and you can cancel any time.

Your next inboxes are already warm.

Warmed for at least 21 days, tested every day, with the records to show for it. $5 per inbox a month, $15 a domain, domain included.
