What the price covers
You pay $5 per inbox per month, and inboxes are sold by the whole domain: one domain is 3 Google Workspace inboxes for $15 a month. That single number covers everything that has to exist before an inbox can send cold email well:
The domain. Included in the price, with no separate domain fee.
Google Workspace mailboxes. Real Gmail mailboxes on Google Workspace, each named for a person with a realistic US first and last name.
DNS, done before sale. MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC are published, plus a custom tracking domain for Instantly. The cold email infrastructure page shows each record and what it does.
At least 21 days of warm-up on every inbox before it goes on sale, with the warm-up record to show for it.
A daily inbox-placement test on every inbox in stock, at Google Workspace, Outlook and Gmail, so you can read each domain's placement record before you buy.
Delivery. Into Instantly with an API key and one Google sign-in per inbox, or released to any other sequencer with each inbox's address and password and a CSV.
There is no setup fee and no one-time charge of any kind. The subscription is monthly, billed through Stripe, and you can cancel any time.
How to work out what you need
Start from the number of cold emails you want to send a day, follow-ups included. By default each inbox sends up to 30 campaign emails a day alongside its warm-up, so one domain of 3 inboxes sends up to 90 a day.
- Divide your daily volume by 90.
- Round up to a whole domain.
- Multiply the domains by $15 for the monthly cost.
For 900 emails a day that is 900 ÷ 90 = 10 domains, which is 30 inboxes and $150 a month. The planner above does the same arithmetic for any number, and the guide on how many inboxes and domains you need explains why per-inbox volume is kept modest and how to leave room for growth.
Choosing the domains
You do not have to take whatever is next in line. The shop lists the live inventory and you can open any domain's records before it goes in your cart, then pick the exact domains you want. If you would rather not choose, Auto-pick best takes the domains with the highest 7-day warm-up inbox rate.
What the price does not include
Your sequencer is a separate subscription. Whether you send from Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist or another tool, that tool bills you on its own terms. Lead data, copywriting and list cleaning are also outside the price: InboxesNow sells the sending infrastructure, warmed and ready, not the campaigns you run on it.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancelling stops future renewals. Billing errors and refund requests are handled as the refund policy describes. If you release a domain to use it in another sequencer, our warm-up of its inboxes stops at that moment; the FAQ covers what that means in practice.
Billing
- How am I billed?
- Monthly, as a subscription through Stripe: $5 per inbox, so $15 for each domain you buy.
- Are there setup or domain fees?
- No. The domain is included and there is no setup fee.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time. Cancelling stops future renewals.
- What about refunds?
- See the refund policy for how billing errors and refund requests are handled. Read the refund policy.
