Pre-warmed Google Workspace inboxes for any sequencer

If your sending tool connects Google Workspace inboxes with Google sign-in, you can connect these inboxes to it. Release a domain, take the credentials, and sign in.

Check before you buy

The release path is deliberately simple, so the things to confirm are few. Go through this list before you check out:

  • Your tool connects Google Workspace accounts via Google sign-in. That is what the release path relies on: you add each inbox as a Google account and sign in with Google.
  • You know your daily volume. You buy by the domain, so work out how many emails you plan to send each day, follow-ups included. Start with the guide on how many inboxes and domains you need.
  • You know where warm-up will happen after release. Our warm-up stops when you release a domain. If you want it to continue, check that your sequencer offers warm-up, so you can run it there.
  • You have read the domain's record. Each domain's warm-up record is open before purchase. Choose domains you are comfortable with, rather than buying first and looking later.

How the release path works

  1. Choose your domains. Pick exact domains from the live inventory, or use Auto-pick best, which picks by 7-day warm-up inbox rate.
  2. Buy. Each domain is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe.
  3. Release the domain. You get each inbox's address and password, and a CSV of them all. Releasing stops InboxesNow's warm-up of those inboxes at that moment.
  4. Connect each inbox. In your sequencer, add the inbox as a Google account and sign in with Google using the address and password.
  5. Turn on warm-up, if you want it. If your sequencer offers warm-up, switch it on for each inbox as you connect it.

Because warm-up stops at release, the best time to release a domain is when you are ready to connect it. For the connection step in general terms, read the guide to connecting Google Workspace inboxes to your sequencer.

What one domain includes

Included Detail
The domain Included in the price; there is no setup fee
Inboxes 3 real Google Workspace (Gmail) mailboxes, named with realistic US first and last names
Warm-up At least 21 days per inbox before the domain goes on sale
DNS MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, set up before sale
Tracking A custom tracking domain for Instantly (a CNAME record), which matters only if you send from Instantly
Price $15 a month per domain, which is $5 per inbox, cancel any time

If you want to know what those records do before you rely on them, start with the guide to SPF, DKIM and DMARC for cold email. The glossary has short entries for SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

See the history before you pay

The warm-up record shows how many days each domain has warmed, a daily chart of warm-up emails sent against those that reached the inbox, the 7-day warm-up inbox rate and a single warm-up health score. You see it for every domain, before purchase.

When you compare domains, look at the shape of the daily chart as well as the headline rate. A steady line across many days tells you more than one strong day, and days warmed tells you how long the history behind it runs.

Before you buy, you can read each domain's inbox placement record beside its warm-up record. Every inbox in stock gets a daily inbox-placement test to seed inboxes at Google Workspace (business accounts), Outlook (Microsoft 365, business accounts) and Gmail (personal accounts) in the US. For each message the test records whether it reached the inbox, a category tab or spam, and whether SPF, DKIM and DMARC passed. The record shows the inbox rate by provider over the last 7 days as a daily strip, per domain and per inbox. It tells you what the tests found. It is not a guarantee of where your own campaigns will land.

Pages for specific tools

The release path works the same way in every tool that connects Google Workspace inboxes with Google sign-in. A few destinations have their own page:

If you send from Delivery path Page
Instantly Direct: API key, one Google sign-in per inbox, live delivery board Pre-warmed inboxes for Instantly
Smartlead Release the domain, then connect with Google sign-in Pre-warmed inboxes for Smartlead
Lemlist Release the domain, then connect with Google sign-in Pre-warmed inboxes for Lemlist
Another sequencer Release the domain, then connect with Google sign-in This page

Sizing an order

By default, each inbox sends 30 campaign emails a day alongside the warm-up, so a domain covers 90 a day. Domains needed is your daily volume divided by 90, rounded up.

Here is a small example. A founder sending 300 emails a day divides 300 by 90 and rounds up to 4 domains: 12 inboxes and $60 a month. Rounding up leaves a little headroom: 4 domains cover 360 emails a day. See pricing for the full breakdown.

Once the inboxes are connected

The rest is the same discipline any new inbox needs, wherever it sends from. InboxesNow does not apply these settings for you:

  • Set a daily limit per inbox at or below the 30 a day the sizing assumes.
  • Ramp up gradually. Start under the limit and raise volume over the first days while you watch bounces, replies and complaints. See ramp-up in the glossary.
  • Keep the list clean. Verify addresses before import and remove hard bounces at once, so the bounce rate stays low.
  • Store the CSV safely. It holds the password of every inbox on the domain, so keep it out of shared folders and chat threads.
  • Watch complaints. Google asks senders to keep the spam rate shown in Postmaster Tools below 0.3%, and ideally below 0.1% (Google's email sender guidelines).

Your next inboxes are already warm.

Warmed for at least 21 days, tested every day, with the records to show for it. $5 per inbox a month, $15 a domain, domain included.
